Welcome

Kitschy began on a summer afternoon when Rebecca and Lisa browsed through an estate sale. They bought a beautiful piece of furniture together and started a business that day! Antiqueing, Thrifting, Flea Markets...that's what they do! They search for one of a kind flea market finds, estate sale treasures, and garage sale fixer uppers. They do the rigorous leg work for you and put in the hours of elbow grease needed to refinish a piece of furniture. (They also pick up lots of fun trinkets, bric brac and artwork along the way!) They have a year round booth that is packed full of inventory at The Parker Shoppes. They also participate in the Paris Street Market May thru October where you are sure to find a one-of-a-kind piece no matter how big or small!

RUE DE NOEL 2013

Rue de Noel was a huge success and we were so thankful to be a part of it (even though we froze our baguettes off).  Our booth was directly in front of the door and it was one of the coldest weekends Denver has seen this season!

Rebecca was our crafty girl this year and made these cool beaded trees with vintage buttons and jewels.

This beautful vintage set of plates, cups and saucers sold quick.
Bells in a bag, always a season favorite for an easy gift.
Our long legged santas and snowmans and elves were a big hit.

Positive changes are coming...

We are still at The Parker Shoppes year round...we love having a booth there and are grateful for all our loyal customers that visit our KITSCHY booth regularly.  We apologize for the lapse of new inventory!  We have not forgotten about you!  We have decided to downsize our booth temporarily due to some family issues.  Some of you may know that my husband, Brad, will be having a bone marrow transplant in the next month.  He has been battling Leukemia for 4 years now so it is our hope that it is a "fix all/cure all" treatment!  My family and I would like to thank you, thank you, thank you for your donations and prayers in our behalf.  And we thank The Parker Shoppes staff and my KITSCHY partner, Rebecca, for being such great support through such a difficult time.  We have high hopes that our lives will be back to (somewhat) normal by the summer!

 Lisa and Brad
Rebecca and I finally got out to the Shoppes this weekend and added some stuff and shuffled things around.  It was so good to be back!  We will be in the same location in the store but just have about half the space that we have now.  Don't worry, we will jam pack it full of treasures!!

We will always have vintage silver and glassware...
And sometimes we will have something a little less vintage but quirky...
Always count on beautiful little pieces like this...
And of course, our frames...oh how we love our frames...handpainted just for you!

The price on this retro table and 4 chairs has been reduced drastically!  Rebecca and I repurposed this together and it was a labor of love.  Gorgeous!!

 Vintage artwork?  Of course...
Vintage mirrors?  Yes!  The frame on this one has been modge podged with vintage music sheets.

 Fabric roses never get old.
Throw pillows..both old and new!
